New Housing Communities Receive Funding and Expand Opportunities in Greensboro — Greensboro City News

ANCHOR was awarded a North Carolina Housing Finance Agency’s 2025 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) to help fund our plan to build an 84-unit, $22 million affordable housing development off Randleman Road in Greensboro, NC. The project, to be known as The Grayson at Randleman Crossing, will be our first in Greensboro and will be developed with support from the city and state.
