ANCHOR was recently featured in a WFMY News 2 article written by Lauren Tear covering our plans to build an 84-unit, $22 million affordable housing development off Randleman Road in Greensboro, NC. The project, to be known as The Grayson at Randleman Crossing, will be our first in Greensboro and will be developed with support from the city and state.
