ANCHORCleans Program
ANCHORCleans (formerly called ANCHORWorks Facilities Services) is one of several nonprofit workforce development and social enterprise programs under the ANCHORWorks umbrella. ANCHORCleans provides housing, paid job training, case management, and personal development opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment.
After a detailed, hands-on training program including OSHA compliance standards, ANCHORCleans employees service ANCHOR’s affordable housing properties, where they continue to advance their customer service skills. ANCHORCleans can now be hired to clean other workplaces, including schools, municipal buildings, restaurants, and medical office spaces.
