The Grayson at Randleman Crossing is a new 84-apartment affordable housing community being developed by ANCHOR (Affordable North Carolina Housing Organization) in Greensboro, North Carolina. The community will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes along with a community building, playground, dog park, outdoor gathering areas, and other amenities designed to create an attractive, welcoming place for individuals and families to call home.

The Grayson is located at 2813 Randleman Road in Greensboro, N.C.

The initial residential portion of The Grayson is being developed on more than seven acres. ANCHOR owns more than 14 total acres at this location. The Grayson will include 84 apartments across four residential buildings, one community building, and ~200 parking spaces.

The community will have 84 apartment homes, including 16 one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments, and 40 three-bedroom apartments. Each size will include a selection of accessible apartments.

The apartments are being designed to provide comfortable, functional homes for individuals and families. In addition to a full kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, each apartment will include a private outdoor patio space and storage. One-bedroom apartments will include a full bathroom. The two- and three-bedroom apartments will include two full bathrooms.

Yes. Accessible apartment homes are planned in each of the three apartment sizes. Current plans include 10 mobility-accessible apartments: 3 one-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom homes.
