ANCHOR is seeking proposals from qualified pest control companies to provide comprehensive pest management services for its affordable housing properties. The selected company will be responsible for ensuring a pest-free environment for residents while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
The selected respondent will be responsible for:

Conducting regular pest inspections and assessments for the properties listed below

Implementing proactive and responsive pest control measures

Utilizing environmentally friendly and safe treatment methods

Providing emergency pest control services as needed

Educating property management and residents on pest prevention

Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal pest control regulations

Targeting specific pests, including but not limited to:

Rodents (mice, rats)
-
Cockroaches
-
Bed bugs
-
Ants
-
Termites
-
Fleas and ticks
-
Mosquitoes
-
Wasps and bees
-
Spiders
-

Establishing treatment schedules, including:

Monthly or quarterly routine inspections and treatments

As-needed emergency responses within 24-48 hours

Seasonal treatments for pests that are more active during specific times of the year
