How will you keep residents informed?
In addition to resident meetings and flyers, ANCHOR will post updates on https://www.anchornc.org/ct and will send email updates. You can sign up at https://www.anchornc.org/ct to receive email updates.
What if I don’t want to move?
If redevelopment moves forward, relocation will be necessary for safety during construction. Residents will receive individual attention to make sure relocation is smooth, safe, and supportive.
Will I have to pay moving costs?
No. Residents will be provided with relocation assistance.
Will my rent go up if I return to the new building?
The redeveloped property will remain affordable and income-based. Residents who qualify today will continue to qualify when they return.
